About Go Kitchen
Go Kitchen is a hybrid cloud kitchen and food hall concept at Marsa Village, Dubai Marina — part of the Mohammed Arjomandkhah-led Portland Group portfolio. The venue hosts over 100 food brands spanning cuisines from Middle Eastern to Japanese, Korean, Italian, and African — operating across both dine-in and delivery formats in one of Dubai's most active dining corridors.
The Challenge
Despite being physically located in one of Dubai's highest foot-traffic areas, Go Kitchen was virtually invisible in local search. Searches for "cloud kitchen Dubai Marina," "food delivery Dubai Marina," and cuisine-specific queries were dominated by competitors and aggregators. The website had no structured data, minimal on-page SEO, and no Google Business Profile optimization — leaving massive local intent on the table.
The Strategy
The approach combined a website redesign with a comprehensive local SEO strategy targeting both organic results and the Google Maps 3-Pack.
